Germia Park is a popular recreational area located in Pristina, the capital city of Kosovo. The park  covers an area of approximately 125 hectares and is situated in the southern part of the city. The history of Germia Park dates back to the early 20th century when the area was first used as a military training ground by the Ottoman Empire.

After the end of World War II, the park was used as a recreation area for the Yugoslav Army. In the 1960s, the park was opened to the public and became a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. During this time, numerous facilities were built within the park, including a swimming pool, a hotel, a restaurant, and several playgrounds.

In the 1990s, during the Kosovo War, Germia Park was used as a military base by Serbian forces. After the war, the park was heavily damaged and many of its facilities were destroyed. However, efforts were made to restore the park and its facilities, and it was reopened to the public in 2000.

Some notable events that have taken place in Germia Park in Kosovo. Germia Park officially opened in 1964 as a public park and quickly became a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
